About us
We are a swedish family who came to Carriacou for the first time in 1993 on a journey through Latin
America and the Caribbean.
We fell in love with Carriacou right away.
Jonas who is a trained chef runs the restaurant while Åsa manages the Inn.
Walter was born in 1997. As our lovely staff we have Carol, Roselyn and Leslie-Ann to help run the operation.
Carol is head maid and helps to manage the inn when we are off the island. Roselyn is our second maid and Leslie-Ann is waitress in the restaurant.
